- Over 20 years of experience in the market research industry.
- Prior to forming Gallagher-Lee Research in 2002, Jim served as a VP/Group Director at Ross-Cooper-Lund where he and his staff of researchers were responsible for the design, management, and analysis of over $5 million in annual revenue – including large-scale global brand tracking programs and brand equity projects.
- Prior to joining RCL, Jim developed an extensive base of research and marketing experience from a variety of corporate (Avon and Colgate-Palmolive) and other research supplier positions (Beaumont Organization and Simmons MRB).
- Over his career, Jim has established particular expertise in: brand tracking, brand equity evaluations, brand commitment modeling, strategic research, and a wide variety of tactical research applications. In addition, his corporate research experience has enhanced his ability to design and interpret research that yields actionable, “marketing-oriented” results.
- Jim is a graduate of St. John’s University, and has an MBA from Hofstra University. He is also a member of the American Marketing Association and the Pharmaceutical Marketing Research Group.
